ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，欧洲央行行长拉加德在一场演讲中表示，欧洲不应简单复制美国稳定币模式，而应优先建设以央行货币为核心的代币化结算基础设施。
她指出，由 Tether 和 Circle 主导的 3100 亿美元稳定币市场存在金融稳定风险，危机时期可能将压力传导至底层资产市场。拉加德认为，稳定币的技术优势可由央行基础设施复现，而其货币功能却引入了不可接受的金融稳定风险。她提到 2023 年硅谷银行倒闭导致 USDC 短暂脱锚的事件作为例证。
尽管由 ING、BBVA、法国巴黎银行等 12 家欧洲大银行组成的财团计划今年晚些时候推出私人数字欧元，称欧洲面临“美元化风险”，但拉加德仍呼吁欧盟国家支持央行数字货币的研发。欧洲央行目标在 2029 年前推出数字欧元。
