有网传消息称，2026年3月，全国12315平台关于车企OTA锁电的投诉超过1.2万件，同比上涨273%，最终8家车企被监管部门约谈，3家因违规被立案调查，2家车企撤回争议升级包并承诺恢复性能。

　　上述消息发酵后，有市场传言将被监管部门约谈的车企指向比亚迪。

　　针对市场传言，比亚迪新闻打假办公室官方微博于5月8日发布声明称，近期网络上出现“比亚迪被约谈、立案”相关不实传言，该内容纯属虚假谣言。

　　比亚迪新闻打假办公室同时强调，部分网络账号恶意传播虚假信息，刻意误导公众认知、扰乱网络舆论环境。对此，比亚迪方面已取证，将依法追究相关主体的法律责任。

　　在上述声明发布后，比亚迪集团品牌及公关处总经理李云飞转发了该微博，并称：“像这样的造谣、抹黑，可以说是每天都有，不胜其烦！我们已取证，后续将依法追究其法律责任！”

　　事件的背后，所谓“锁电”，是指汽车制造商通过OTA修改电池管理系统的软件参数，以限制电池的充电电压上限或充放电范围的技术操作。该操作可能会导致车辆的动力电池可用容量减少，表现为续航里程缩短、充电速度变慢，可能影响车辆性能。
