由斯伦贝谢（SLB）、Aker Solutions和Subsea7共同支持的合资企业OneSubsea已完成对挪威Envirex集团水下业务的收购。
此项交易扩大了OneSubsea对Envirex专业技术的获取渠道，并支持包括无脐带缆及无线系统在内的创新水下解决方案的持续开发和部署。
该公司表示，客户将受益于更广泛的技术组合和更一致的全球支持。
