金吾财讯 | 国泰海通证券认为，智能体专项政策出台，对智能体规范应用与创新发展明确支持，随着智能体政策框架逐步完善，智能体产品及服务供给侧与需求侧两端发力，智能体规模化试点及部署有望加速。此前《关于深入实施“人工智能+”行动的意见》提出到2027年智能体等应用普及率超70%的目标，智能体产品及服务加速将AI能力深入嵌入到企业流程、行业场景以及个人终端等，维持计算机板块“增持”评级。推动重点场景开放，智能体应用百花齐放。1）科学研究领域，智能体可用于理论推演与模拟仿真，挖掘潜在技术路径，提升研发辅助软件工具功能。2）产业发展领域，智能体可在智能制造、能源资源、交通运输、农业生产、金融服务等实体经济主战场发挥重要作用，推动多个产业高质量发展。3）提振消费领域，智能体可赋能终端应用、文化旅游、商业服务等场景，优化在线购物、出行导航、生活缴费、日常办公等服务体验。4）民生福祉领域，智能体可在教育教学、医疗健康、人力资源、信息服务改变传统方式，打造学习、医疗等新体验。5）社会治理领域，智能体在政务服务、司法服务、公共安全、城市治理、招投标等方面具备丰富应用场景。
