针对大众汽车可能向中国汽车制造商开放欧洲闲置工厂一事，德国金属工业工会（IG Metall）发言人11日表示，工会对此持审慎开放态度，认为在保障特定前提下可对相关合作案进行严密评估。

　　该发言人强调，工会并不完全排斥此类设想，但相关合作必须作为大众汽车独立工业战略的补充，绝不能替代大众既定的投资计划与车辆研发项目。

　　当前，德国工业界正面临需求疲软与高昂运营成本的双重压力。为有效削减开支并避免关闭低产能工厂，大众汽车集团首席执行官奥博穆（Oliver Blume）正积极评估各项对策，与中国车企建立合作关系已成为关键备选方案之一。与此同时，比亚迪、吉利等中国汽车制造商正稳步推进欧洲市场布局。

　　在此背景下，德国地方政府官员亦对中德汽车产业的潜在合作释放积极信号。萨克森州经济部长迪尔克·潘特（Dirk Panter）当日指出，大众汽车位于德国东部的茨维考（Zwickau）工厂有望成为对华合作的候选对象。潘特强调，面对行业变革，应当顺应时代发展，将中国视为“茨维考的机遇”；与其在竞争中被动流失产业价值，不如主动引入合作，以进一步巩固萨克森州的工业技术专长并保障本土生产能力。
