SoundHound AI (SOUN) could benefit from strong voice AI demand, wider enterprise use, its OASYS platform and the planned LivePerson (LPSN) deal, though acquisitions may pressure margins and growth in the near term, Wedbush said in a note Friday.

The investment firm said demand remains strong across financial services, automotive, restaurants and healthcare, with international expansion also adding support.

LivePerson could become a larger growth driver in fiscal 2027, adding at least $100 million from existing long-term customers, while the combined SoundHound and LivePerson business could reach $500 million in revenue from the current customer base alone, Wedbush said.

OASYS is expected to become the base of SoundHound's products, helping customers build and manage AI tools faster, according to the note.

Wedbush kept the company's outperform rating and $12 price target.
