0326 GMT - Beng Kuang Marine is likely to recognize higher revenue in 2H, UOB Kay Hian analysts say in a research report. The Singapore-listed company's proposed acquisition of the remaining stake in Asian Sealand Offshore & Marine is slated to be completed by end-June, the analysts note. This deal is expected to substantially boost the company's 2H revenue and is earnings-accretive, enabling the provider of corrosion prevention and infrastructure engineering services to fully capture Asian Sealand Offshore & Marine's high-margin earnings while strengthening its core engineering segment. The brokerage raises the stock's target price to S$0.75 from S$0.64, with its buy rating unchanged. Shares are 0.9% lower at S$0.57. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
