ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，Bakkt 发布 2026 年第一季度财报，季度归属于公司的净亏损为 1,170 万美元，合每股亏损 0.41 美元；去年同期净利润为 770 万美元。
受加密交易量下降影响，Bakkt 加密服务收入从去年同期的 10.7 亿美元降至 2.436 亿美元，同比下降 77%，但其中大部分被加密成本及经纪费用抵消。公司一季度末持有现金 8,260 万美元，且无长期债务。
Bakkt 表示，正从加密交易基础设施转向稳定币支付和 AI 金融基础设施，并已于 4 月 30 日完成对 Distributed Technologies Research 的收购，获得 AI 原生支付引擎和稳定币合规技术栈。
