金吾财讯 | 据英媒报道，OpenAI全新合资实体DeployCo已敲定由TPG、贝恩资本、安宏资本、布鲁克菲尔德及GoannaCapital联合投资的40亿美元融资，本轮融资预计5月初完成交割，投后估值达100亿美元。DeployCo注册于特拉华州，OpenAI凭借超级投票权实现控股掌控，由前OpenAI首席运营官布拉德·莱特卡普执掌运营。资金结构方面，OpenAI初始出资5亿美元，后续可追加10亿美元，合计最高承诺投入15亿美元。私募机构锁定五年投资周期，OpenAI为其提供17.5%的年化保底回报率，大幅降低投资方参与风险。公司效仿帕兰提尔模式，招募数十名前置驻场工程师，直接进驻合作私募机构旗下投资组合企业，提供AI系统嵌入与落地服务并收取服务费。该架构既为OpenAI锁定五年长期稳定资金，未来还可依托主体所持权益开展技术与知识产权并购。OpenAI营收高管直言，落地应用能力而非技术本身，才是AI大规模商业化的核心瓶颈。此举亦是对标竞争对手Anthropic，后者年化营收今年已增长两倍以上，正与黑石等机构洽谈同类AI落地合资项目，头部AI企业企业端商业化竞争进一步升级。
