资料显示，Lincoln International成立于1996年，是一家全球性独立投资银行顾问公司，专注于私募资本市场，主要为私募股权及私募信贷投资者、私营企业主及其他高级管理人员提供顾问服务。公司业务涵盖两大板块：投资银行顾问服务以及估值与意见咨询。Lincoln International在美洲、欧洲、中东及亚洲14个国家设有超过30个办事处，为客户提供服务并开展业务运营。数据显示，该公司在截至2026年3月31日的12个月内实现营收8.09亿美元。
