南财智讯5月12日电，沃尔核材公告，公司全资子公司长园电子(东莞)有限公司拟为公司全资子公司深圳市长园特发科技有限公司向银行申请授信额度提供总额度不超过人民币2000.00万元的担保。本次担保事项已经公司2026年5月12日召开的第八届董事会第八次会议审议通过，担保方式为连带责任保证，担保额度合同签署有效期自董事会审议通过之日起12个月内有效。本次担保金额占公司2025年度经审计净资产的0.31%，在董事会审批权限范围内，无需提交股东大会审议。
