消息面上，安德利此前公告，2月竞拍获得烟台海升果业部分资产（资产竞得后公司每年预计可新增浓缩果汁产量约一万吨）。4月1日，公司公告称，为聚焦电子信息等行业发展机遇，通过与专业投资机构深度合作，拓宽公司在前沿技术领域的产业布局。
方正证券指出，安德利2、3月持续竞拍优质设备扩充产能，驱动营收保持快速增长，且随着行业内其他企业逐步退出，公司市占率有望进一步提升。近期公司出资设立私募基金布局电子信息等前沿技术，有望增厚利润。
