智通财经APP讯，迈富时(02556)发布公告，于2026年5月15日，本公司与两名认购人订立两份独立的认购协议，据此，本公司有条件同意配发及发行，而认购人有条件同意认购，合共1233.34万股股份，认购价为每股40.54港元。
两名认购人将合共认购1233.34万股股份，相当于本公司于本公告日期现有已发行股本(不包括库存股份)约4.83%，及经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的本公司已发行股本(不包括库存股份)约4.61%。
认购事项所得款项总额将约为5亿港元。认购事项所得款项净额(扣除所有适用成本及开支后)将约为4.997亿港元，本集团计划将认购事项所得款项净额100%用于投资智算基础设施建设及运营，包括但不限于采购GPU服务器、组网、AIDC租赁、开发和部署各类AI大模型和模型管理平台等智算相关软件，旨在夯实本集团“全栈Token工厂”战略的算力底座，主要满足客户AI应用算力需求，提升本集团自有垂类模型训练效率，进一步打通“算力+场景”的业务闭环。
