据知情人士周五透露，埃隆·马斯克的火箭及卫星制造公司SpaceX计划最早于6月11日为其备受瞩目的首次公开募股（IPO）定价，并已选定纳斯达克上市。

　　三位知情人士表示，SpaceX已经加快了IPO时间表，目前的目标是最早于下周三（5月20日）公开其招股说明书，路演拟于6月4日启动，最早于6月12日上市交易。

　　这些知情人士称，加速后的时间表将原本计划在6月下旬（大约埃隆·马斯克生日前后）进行的流程向前推进。他们补充说，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）对该公司上市申请文件的审核速度快于预期，是推动时间表提前的部分原因。

　　曾在3月率先报道，SpaceX倾向于在纳斯达克上市，因为该公司希望尽早被纳入纳斯达克100指数。
