　　此次监管行动源于一项健康志愿者研究中发现的心脏安全性隐患。分析显示，在接受1600毫克剂量的受试者中，观察到了可逆性的心脏电活动异常，这可能提示心脏泵血效率降低。Aardvark早于今年2月便主动暂停了相关研究，但FDA的最新决定使该项目前景更加黯淡。

　　战略收缩与数据揭盲

　　此次搁置不仅影响了针对普拉德-威利综合征的III期HERO研究及其开放标签扩展研究，也波及了另一款基于相同机制的肥胖症候选药物ARD-201的试验。为寻求出路，Aardvark计划对已积累的III期临床数据进行揭盲分析，以评估ARD-101的整体安全性与有效性。

　　财务稳健但前路漫漫

　　公司重申其财务状况稳健，截至季末持有约9120万美元现金及投资，足以支撑运营至2027年中期。然而，摩根士丹利等多间投行已迅速下调其股票评级，指出此事件为项目前景带来了重大不确定性。
