为完成20亿美元降本目标，咖啡连锁巨头星巴克计划在印度设立技术办公中心。

　　内部员工通知显示，该全新技术中心定于10月开启的2027财年落地，这也是星巴克首次在印度设立企业总部级办公点。星巴克预计今年敲定办公选址后，随即启动当地人员招聘。

　　星巴克首席技术官阿南德·瓦达拉詹在内部通知中表示，公司拟收回部分第三方外包技术岗位。此前一轮架构调整中星巴克将这类岗位外包，如今计划调整策略。

　　他在通知中称，公司核心方向是降低对外部服务商的依赖，多地布局办公体系是达成该目标的重要举措。

　　其此前曾表态，第三方技术服务商存在层层加价情况，星巴克希望省去中间环节、压缩成本。

　　他提到，星巴克目前已和包括印度在内的多国技术服务商开展合作。星巴克发言人周五表示，将外包岗位转为内部自营，旨在让团队更贴近业务、提升工作协同效率。

　　此前报道，星巴克上月宣布，将270个技术岗位（约占其技术团队总人数的20%）迁至纳什维尔新办公区，同时还裁减了部分技术人员。

　　自去年2月至今，星巴克累计裁员超2000人，本周再度裁员300人。
