5月16日，曾精准预判1987年股灾、2000年互联网泡沫及2008年次贷危机的传奇投资大师、量子基金联合创始人吉姆·罗杰斯再度预警，史上最严重的金融危机或在今年席卷全球，导火索直指人工智能泡沫，和各国债务的持续攀升。罗杰斯坦言：“美国是有史以来最大的债务国，情况还在持续恶化。我知道属于我们的时代即将终结——或者说正在走向终结。因为没有任何国家能永远维持这种局面而不出问题。我不愿说这些，但我必须面对现实。”
面对全球通胀上升，货币贬值，投资者该如何防守与布局？罗杰斯给出明确配置方向：一是黄金与白银，他表示，“如果黄金的价格下跌，我会继续买入。白银我也会增持。”二是股票资产，他透露自己已抛售全球绝大多数国家的股票。三是市场预警，罗杰斯提醒，当市场普遍乐观、人人狂欢时，正是需要警惕的时候，全球市场的大幅调整可能随时到来。
