新浪科技讯 5月13日下午消息，虎鲸文娱集团旗下优酷与华纳兄弟探索集团（Warner Bros． Discovery，以下简称“WBD”）亚太区和 WBD Access 人才培训团队联合发起的“Script to Series国际剧创营”落地北京并完成首期线下培训。
作为亚太地区首个聚焦剧集全流程工业化孵化的国际人才项目，“国际剧创营”的最大突破是在亚太地区首创“制片+编剧+导演”固定组队模式，全面对标好莱坞工业化创作体系，引入Showrunner（总内容制作统筹）机制，从源头解决传统剧集创作中角色割裂、信息壁垒高、落地性不足的行业痛点，提升项目从创意到落地的全流程把控力。
虎鲸文娱集团优酷副总裁刘燕红表示，作为虎鲸文娱集团人才培养体系的重要一环，“国际剧创营”与“春苗编剧计划”“海纳国际青年导演发展计划”“虎鲸超越班”等人才培养计划形成互补，构建起覆盖编剧、导演、制片、演员的全链条人才矩阵，持续为行业输送兼具先锋表达与全球视野的新锐力量，推动中国剧集从“本土优秀”走向“全球精彩”。
