智通财经APP讯，京玖康疗(00648)发布公告，有关公司控股股东Multi Omniverse Group Limited拟配售所持有最多4.45亿股公司股份，于2026年5月15日，公司获配售股东通知，其所持有的全部4.45亿股公司股份(相当于本公告日期公司已发行股份的20.8%)已由配售代理以每股配售股份0.11港元的配售价，配售予不少于6名承配人。就董事经作出一切合理查询后所知、所悉及所信，各承配人及其最终实益拥有人(如有)均为独立于公司及其关连人士的第三方，且彼等并无与公司或其任何关连人士有任何关连或一致行动关系;及于完成配售后，概无任何承配人成为公司的主要股东。
完成配售后，配售股东于公司的权益由51.0%降至30.3%，仍为公司的控股股东。
