消息面上，安东油田服务发布公告，于2026年4月27日，本公司创始人、董事会主席罗林先生(罗先生)及本公司若干高级管理层成员，基于对本集团未来发展前景的信心以及对本公司长期投资价值的认可，拟自本公告日期起至2026年6月30日止(或本公司另行公布的其他期间)，在遵守适用法律、法规及相关守则的前提下，以其自有资金于公开市场增持本公司股份(增持计划)。
根据增持计划，罗先生及本公司若干高级管理层成员拟累计增持本公司股份的总投资金额不超过3500万港元。按本公司股份现行市价初步估算，预计增持股份数目合计不超过本公司已发行股份总数约1.0%，惟实际增持股份数目及投资金额将视乎市场情况、股份价格、监管要求及交易窗口安排而定，根据增持计划实际购买的股份总数和投资金额可能低于上述目标。
