智通财经APP讯，威高股份(01066)发布公告，董事会获公司控股股东威高集团有限公司告知，基于对公司长远投资价值的认可，以及对中国经济增长的前景和医疗器械行业的信心，于2026年5月13日及2026年5月14日，威高集团于公开市场以自有资金购入共355.28万股公司H股股份，分别约占公司已发行H股总数以及公司已发行股本总数的0.08%。
紧随本次增持后，于本公告日期，威高集团合共持有公司21.03亿股H股股份，约占公司已发行H股总数的46.51%及公司已发行股本总数的46.02%。据威高集团表示，彼对集团的未来发展前景充满信心，不排除考虑于适时在适用法律及法规的规限下进一步增持公司股份的可能性。
