智通财经APP讯，中骏集团(01966)及中骏商管(00606)联合公布，于2026年5月14日，中骏及中骏商管注意到若干根据证券及期货条例第XV部就彼等于中骏商管股份所持权益的变动作出的存档，根据该等存档所示，全部押记股份(于本联合公告日期占中骏商管已发行股本约26.0%)已出售予若干人士。
紧随出售押记股份完成后及于本联合公告日期，乐景不再于押记股份中持有任何权益，而其于中骏商管的持股量将减至7.44亿股股份(于本联合公告日期占中骏商管已发行股本约38.5%)。乐景仍为中骏商管的控股股东。
中骏正持续评估该等银行及/或抵押代理就抵押协议项下的违约事件已采取或将采取的行动在法律、财务及营运方面的影响。
