智通财经APP讯，亚洲电视控股(00707)发布公告，本公司得悉，本公司的间接附属公司(统称“本集团”)亚洲电视有限公司(亚洲电视)的约6.9亿股普通股已于2025年11月14日由接管人代表星铂以代价约2亿港元出售予Prestige Media Limited(一家于英属处女群岛注册成立的公司)(强制出售)。
于本公布日期，本公司董事会并无足够资料或文件以评估亚洲电视的资产状况以及强制出售对本集团的财务及营运影响。本公司将继续进行查询并获取有关上述事宜的进一步资料及文件。
本公司正就强制出售是否符合所有适用法律及相关协议条款寻求法律意见。本公司将在适当及必要情况下，采取一切必要法律行动以保障本集团的利益。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
