Fortive (FTV) priced a registered offering of $600 million of 4.750% senior notes due 2031 and $500 million of 5.250% senior notes due 2036, the company said Tuesday.
The notes will mature in May 2031 and May 2036, respectively, with semi-annual interest payments in arrears on May. 15 and Nov. 15, the company added.
Fortive Corporation said it plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt, including its 3.150% senior notes due June 2026, as well as for related expenses and general corporate purposes.
The offering is expected to close on or about May 14.
