5月13日，大众汽车最大股东保时捷控股公司（Porsche SE）发布一季度财报。受大众汽车业绩疲软拖累，保时捷控股当季利润显著下滑。该公司公开敦促大众汽车对其核心业务模式进行根本性重组，以应对当前严峻的市场挑战。

　　财务数据显示，今年第一季度，保时捷控股税后经调整利润为3.82亿欧元，同比骤降21%。此外，由于对所持大众汽车股份计提了高达13亿欧元的非现金减值准备，保时捷控股当季录得9.23亿欧元的税后净亏损。

　　保时捷控股由保时捷-皮耶希家族控制，目前持有大众汽车31.9%的股权及53.3%的表决权，同时还持有跑车制造商保时捷公司（Porsche AG）12.5%的股权。针对大众汽车当前的经营困境，保时捷控股董事会主席潘师（Hans Dieter Poetsch）明确指出，大众汽车必须对其业务模式进行彻底调整，以匹配全新的市场环境。潘师此前曾表示将继续履行作为大众汽车基石投资者的战略承诺，但也强烈要求大众集团及各子公司积极寻求降本增效的方案。

　　目前，大众汽车正面临利润率下滑的巨大压力，并处于结构性改革的关键阶段。大众汽车首席执行官奥博穆（Oliver Blume）已承诺，在全集团正在推进的5万名员工裁员计划基础上，将进一步加码成本削减措施。尽管大众汽车曾在2024年与工会达成“本年代内不关闭工厂”的保障协议，但受限于产能利用率不足，其位于德国本土的工厂现已成为集团降低运营成本的重点审视对象。
