消息面上，国家能源局等四部门联合印发《关于促进人工智能与能源双向赋能的行动方案》，明确提出要“促进能源、算力、场景、数据、模型等要素高效协同”，构建“算力、电力深度融合的算电协同发展机制”。
华源证券指出，2025 年电力行业利润总额创历史新高，但板块内表现分化，在入市与供给宽松影响下，新能源与核电的电价持续下滑，业绩承压。预计 2026 年为电力市场“试错”与“过渡”年份，期待供需边际改善以及市场愈加成熟下，各电源获取其应有回报率，并在经济发展下享受成长。
