协合新能源（00182）早盘涨超10%，4月初至今股价接近翻倍，截至发稿，股价上涨10.71%，报0.465港元，成交额2502.99万港元。
4月16日，协合新能源公告，1GW容量数据中心完成大型负荷并网研究并获得ERCOT授予的并网许可，数据中心毗邻集团现有公共事业规模光伏及储能项目，可形成“光储+数据中心”同址供电模式。此外，公司此前明确提到，在美国与全球知名企业签订多个光伏项目长期购售电协议（PPA）。
国元国际指出，美国项目单瓦投资成本约1美元，PPA电价锁定15年；考虑ITC税务抵扣后，资本金内部收益率约15%，全投资收益率10%以上。融资结构方面，项目融资可达到80%-85%债权比例，自有资金仅需15%-20%，债务融资成本6%-7%。组件和储能电池供应商均为国内头部企业，预期首个美国光储项目有望2027年投产并贡献利润及现金流。
