智通财经APP获悉，5月15日，中国证监会国际合作司发布《关于厦门瑞为信息技术股份有限公司境外发行上市及境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》。瑞为技术拟发行不超过43,917,000股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。公司27名股东拟将所持合计245,640,616股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。公司于3月26日向港交所主板递交上市申请。
招股书显示，瑞为技术是一家面向企业客户提供视觉智能技术和产品的人工智能公司，其基于自主研发的视觉大模型及全栈技术链，提供覆盖视觉感知、认知与推理的智能产品与解决方案，主要应用于智慧民航、智慧商业及智慧安全驾驶三大垂直场景。
根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2024年收入计，公司在中国民航企业视觉智能产品市场排名第一，市场份额为8.9%，彰显其在该细分领域的龙头地位。
