5月15日金融一线消息，交通银行今日发布公告称，经相关监管机构批准，该行在全国银行间债券市场发行“交通银行股份有限公司2026年第一期总损失吸收能力非资本债券（债券通）”（以下简称“本期债券”），并已于2026年5月15日发行完毕。

　　交通银行表示，本期债券发行规模为人民币500亿元，票面利率为1.75%，为4年期固定利率债券，在第3年末附有条件的发行人赎回权。本期债券募集资金在扣除发行费用后，将依据适用法律和主管部门的批准用于提升该行总损失吸收能力。
