消息面上，阿里健康公布截至2026年3月31日止年度全年业绩，总收入为约342.55亿元，同比增长 12.0%；净利润额为约19.363亿元，同比增长35.2%；调整后净利润额为23.262亿元，同比增长19.3%，调整后净利润率从6.4%提升至6.8%。拟派末期股息5.95分及特别股息每股普通股13.52分。
此外，阿里健康同日宣布，公司CFO屠燕武已提呈辞任执行董事兼首席财务官，同时任命盛梦月女士为执行董事兼首席财务官。阿里健康称，屠燕武已提呈辞任公司执行董事兼首席财务官以便投入更多时间于个人事务和发展，自2026年5月15日营业时间结束时起生效。屠燕武已确认彼与董事会之间并无分歧。
