5月15日，广州遭遇强降雨，在越秀区农林下路亿达大厦附近，一名孩子不慎在路面积水中摔倒，险些被湍急水流冲走。危急时刻，五名外卖骑手果断冲入水中，合力将孩子救下。

　　目前，现场拯救落水小孩的第四位骑手薛继超已找到。薛继超接受采访时坦言，当时听到有人喊落水，就跑过去，也不知道会引发如此大的关注。他自己是2014年就来到广州。

　　同时，薛继超表示，这个被暴雨打断的超时订单15日已经通过免责。据了解，美团会根据天气情况，适时启动应急机制，调整优化配送范围和取送路线，为骑手提供超时免责、配送补时、剔除差评等机制保障，同时动态调整配送半径，保障骑手跑单安全。

　　美团表示，此前已第一时间联系上参与救助的骑手何国庆、田洪，为他们申请了“先锋骑手”荣誉称号，并安排表彰仪式及现金奖励。目前已为薛继超认定，随后同步安排奖励。另外，最后一名参与救助的骑手仍在寻找中。

　　同时，美团会根据天气情况，适时启动应急机制，调整优化配送范围和取送路线，为骑手提供超时免责、配送补时、剔除差评等机制保障，同时动态调整配送半径，保障骑手跑单安全。

　　平台自2021年设立“先锋骑手”称号以来，已累计奖励超千名做好事的骑手。
