据日本《朝日新闻》调查，日本大型众包平台CrowdWorks长期付费招募网民，刻意收集或利用AI生成“中国人不文明”“反日”“南京大屠杀是谎言”等抹黑内容，将歪曲历史、煽动对立的右翼舆论当作博取流量和收益的手段，形成了一条黑色产业链。
调查显示，这是一条被精心设计过的流水线，发包方甚至会向接单者提供一份极其详细的“操作指南”。哪怕从没去过中国，也不认识任何一个中国人，只要按照指南操作，短短几分钟就能生成一条极具煽动性的AI视频。高额的回报，让越来越多人加入这条“黑产”流水线。
畸形历史认知和对华恶意舆论，之所以在日本社会如此泛滥，离不开日本右翼政府真金白银的支持。
自2015年以来，日本外务省已投入超560亿日元（约合人民币24亿）预算，对华展开舆论抹黑。从更深层次看，日本右翼一系列动作的最终目的，都是为招魂军国主义营造社会舆论氛围，服务其谋求“军事大国”地位的战略野心。
