智通财经APP讯，威讯控股(01087)发布公告，于2026年5月13日，公司拟配售最多3997.76万股配售股份，相当于于本公告日期公司现有已发行股本之20%;及经配发及发行所有配售股份扩大的公司已发行股本约16.67%。每股配售股份0.67港元的配售价，较5月13日收市价每股0.79港元折让约15.19%。假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项的所得款项总额将约为2680万港元，所得款项净额估计约为2580万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额：90%用于偿还集团尚未偿还的应付承兑票据以及银行及其他借款;及余下10%用作补充集团的一般营运资金，以支付员工成本、专业费用及其他营运开支。
