美国科技亿万富翁埃隆·马斯克表示，他不会出售任何SpaceX股票。此前有报道称，该公司正准备最早于下周公开提交其期待已久的IPO申请。
“我不会出售任何股票，”马斯克在X平台上回复一位网友的帖子时写道。该网友建议他在禁售期结束后出售SpaceX股票。
据知情人士透露，这家火箭、卫星和人工智能公司最早可能于下周三公开提交IPO申请。该公司已秘密提交申请，寻求以超过2万亿美元的估值筹集至多750亿美元，这将是史上规模最大的IPO。
SpaceX股东于周五收到通知，公司将进行1拆5的股票分割，此举将降低投资者在即将到来的IPO中购买每股股票的价格。据知情人士透露，由于此次股票分割，目前的每股公允市场价值已从526.59美元调整至约105.32美元。
据此前报道，该公司计划最早于6月4日启动股票发行的正式营销活动，最早于6月11日确定IPO价格，并于6月12日上市。
