　　喜相逢集团（02473）早盘反弹逾17%，截至发稿，股价上涨12.86%，现报0.79港元，成交额3.65亿港元。

　　喜相逢集团日前公布，公司、卖方明珠资本资源有限公司及配售代理订立配售及认购协议，据此，卖方拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人配售约1.55亿股现有股份，每股配售股份0.82港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股0.84港元折让约2.38%；而该公司将按每股0.82港元的价格向卖方发行同等数量的新股，净筹约1.26亿港元，拟用于就集团主营业务进一步采购汽车及作相关用途。
