智通财经APP获悉，雅生活服务(03319)再涨超7%，截至发稿，涨6.64%，报2.57港元，成交额1406.29万港元。
消息面上，雅生活年报显示，全年实现营收128.9亿元，毛利16.8亿元，经调整净利润7.8亿元。其中，物业服务、业主增值服务及城市服务等非周期性业务收入规模128.0亿元，占比为99.3%，业务可持续性进一步提升。此外，雅生活集团首席财务官黄嘉毅此前指出，一季度集团经营业绩整体稳健，核心指标达成基本符合预期。
光大证券此前发布研报称，公司2025H1利润端修复主要受益于减值压力阶段性回落，经营端仍处于“提质优先、回款优先”的调整期。展望后续，基础物管业务具备一定韧性，但业主增值与外延业务修复节奏仍受地产后周期影响；同时，贸易应收款回款仍有待进一步观察。
