5 月 9 日，网络流传 8 家主流新能源车企因 OTA “锁电” 被集中约谈，3 家被立案调查，涉事名单涵盖比亚迪、特斯拉等头部企业，引发市场广泛关注。但当日涉事车企均同步否认该消息，中汽协随后证实，相关主管部门未开展任何约谈、立案行动，网传内容与事实严重不符。经查，该谣言源于央视网 4 月一篇报道，原文未提及具体涉事车企，后经 AI 补全名单并传播发酵，央视网已更正说明，明确约谈是 2020 年至今 8 家车企因多种问题被约谈，并非此次因锁电集中约谈。值得注意的是，锁电现象真实存在，车企多为降低电池质保成本、规避安全风险，通过 OTA 偷偷限制电池性能，2021 年威马汽车因锁电引发维权，最终经营受挫。目前工信部与市场监管总局已划下红线，严禁锁电降配等行为，规范车企 OTA 升级行为，保障消费者权益。
