全球最大晶圆代工厂台积电于周五表示，计划通过大宗交易向金融机构投资者出售旗下世界先进至多 1.52 亿股股份，减持其在这家芯片企业的持股比例。

　　台积电称，本次拟议股份出售完成后，在完全稀释基础上，其持有世界先进的股权将从约 27.1% 降至约 19%。台积电同时表示，可预见未来暂无进一步减持世界先进股份的计划。

　　按当前股价计算，1.52 亿股世界先进股份市值约新台币 268 亿元（折合 8.5 亿美元）。

　　台积电表示，此次减持不会影响与世界先进的战略合作关系，包括中介层代工生产合作、氮化镓（GaN）技术授权等业务。其补充称，本次售股是公司聚焦资源发展核心主业战略规划的一部分。

　　2024 年 6 月，台积电已退出世界先进董事会，不再派驻董事席位。
