智通财经APP讯，海螺材料科技(02560)发布公告，于2026年5月15日，茂名海螺(公司全资拥有的附属公司)透过公开挂牌出让程序，以人民币4520万元竞得由茂名市自然资源局通过公开挂牌所出售、位于中国茂名市该地块的土地使用权。
该地块位于茂名市高新技术产业开发区西区，涵盖三宗地块，占地面积为78,667平方米。土地用途为工业，出让年限为50年。
本次土地收购，将用于茂名海螺生产厂房的规划建设，有利于公司完善全国产业布局、扩充产能规模、贴近华南下游市场，有效缩短运输半径、降低物流及运营成本，提升区域市场响应能力与市场占有率，进一步增强公司整体经营实力与可持续发展能力，符合公司长远战略发展规划及全体股东整体利益。
