消息面上，中国中铁近期披露26Q1财报，长江证券研报指出，公司26Q1实现营业收入2349.98亿元，同比减少5.46%；归属净利润43.59亿元，同比减少27.65%；扣非后归属净利润38.92亿元，同比减少29.91%；26Q1综合毛利率7.93%，同比下降0.53pct，主要受基建毛利下滑拖累；基础设施建设业务毛利率6.74%，同比减少0.40个百分点。
该行续指，公司2026年一季度新签合同额3385.1亿元，同比下降39.6%，整体业务开拓阶段性承压。其中境内新签3,057.3亿元(-38.2%)，境外新签327.8亿元(-50.1%)，海内外市场同步收缩。从业务结构看，工程建造业务是主要拖累，新签2,342.3亿元，同比大幅下滑44.4%，资产经营146.3亿元(-45.7%)和新兴业务451.1亿元(-37.5%)明显收缩。
