新浪科技讯 5月15日下午消息，东风汽车联合长江产业投资集团有限公司、武汉金融控股（集团）有限公司、武汉经开产业投资集团有限公司、斯泰兰蒂斯集团、神龙汽车有限公司有限公司正式签署战略合作协议。根据协议，本次合作总投资额超80亿元人民币，整合全球化品牌与市场资源，全面推动神龙公司面向智能化、国际化、绿色化进行转型升级，计划于2027年起陆续投放多款全新新能源车型，同步导入Jeep品牌在神龙公司生产，并在全球范围内进行销售。

　　据悉，东风汽车与斯泰兰蒂斯集团将充分发挥各自在品牌、技术及全球市场的战略资源，依托湖北完善的汽车产业链与区位枢纽优势，融合产业资本的引导与产业配套优势，共同加速神龙公司转型发展，为全球用户创造全新的智能化、电动化产品体验及服务。东风汽车将以此次战略合作协议签署为契机，纵深落地“东方风起2030”计划，全力打造一个智能绿色国际化的东风、创新变革融合共生的东风、服务用户创造价值的东风，全力建设属地深耕、生态共赢、全球信赖的世界级汽车企业。

　　在股东方的战略支持下，神龙汽车坚持“在中国 为全球”的战略指引，以此次战略合作全面开启 “二次创业” 新征程，深耕国内市场、加快拓展海外布局，助力构建国内国际双循环相互促进的发展格局。
