　　5月14日，新浪财经从知情人士处获悉，近期宏胜饮料集团管理层发生变动。宏胜饮料集团总裁办主任叶雅琼、销售总经理吴汀燕、法务部部长周卓盈，及生产管理科科长吴潘潘均已离职。

　　对此，新浪财经拨打宏胜饮料集团电话求证，截至发稿前未获回应。但知情人士向新浪财经表示：“消息属实。”

　　此前，宏胜饮料集团发布一份组织架构调整及人员任免通知，将营销中心划归总裁宗馥莉统筹直管，吴汀燕被免职。

　　同时，销售公司商超管理科、特通管理科合并更名为商超特通管理科。渠道客户管理科与产品价格管理科合并为渠道管理科，由渠道管理科承接原两科室全部业务职能。

　　公开信息显示，宏胜饮料集团长期作为娃哈哈核心代工厂，运营多条生产线，覆盖含乳饮料、水系列等多个大类产品 。

　　目前，宗馥莉通过恒枫贸易有限公司对宏胜饮料集团实现100%控股，同时其也持有29.4%杭州娃哈哈集团有限公司的股份。
