5月14日金融一线消息，中国平安今日发布公告称，公司于近日收到国家金融监督管理总局（以下简称“金融监管总局”）《关于中国平安保险（集团）股份有限公司修改公司章程的批复》（金复〔2026〕255号）。本次修订后的《公司章程》自金融监管总局核准之日2026年5月13日起生效。

　　中国平安表示，根据本次修订后的《公司章程》，自2026年5月13日起，公司不再设立监事会，由董事会审计与风险管理委员会行使《中华人民共和国公司法》规定的监事会职权；孙建一、朱新蓉、刘怀镜、洪嘉禧和王志良退任公司第十一届监事会监事职务。“本公司监事会恪尽职守、忠实勤勉，为本公司规范运作与高质量发展提供了坚实保障。本公司对历届监事会及各位监事为本公司所作出的重要贡献表示衷心感谢。”
