智通财经APP讯，升能集团(02459)发布公告，上市委员会已批准新股份上市及买卖。公司亦已接获开曼注册处处长的进一步通知，确认偿付能力陈述及载有公司法就股本削减所规定的若干资料的会议纪录已正式登记，而宪报公告已于2026年5月11日刊登。由于股本重组的条件已全部达成，故股本重组已经生效，而新股份亦已开始买卖。
由于股本重组生效，故更改每手买卖单位亦将于2026年5月29日生效。股份在联交所买卖的每手买卖单位将由每手2万股现有股份更改为每手1万股新股份。以新每手买卖单位1万股新股份买卖新股份的原有柜位将于2026年5月29日上午九时正重新开放。
