eGain Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q4 Guidance Set

eGain (EGAN) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.11 per diluted share, up from $0.03 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.07.

Revenue for the three months ended March 31 was $22.5 million, up from $21 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $22.4 million.

For fiscal Q4, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.02 to $0.05 on revenue of $21.5 million to $22 million. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $0.03 on revenue of $22.7 million.

For fiscal year 2026, the company said it updated its guidance, now expecting adjusted EPS of $0.39 to $0.42 on revenue of $90.5 million to $91 million. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $0.36 on revenue of $91.7 million.
