　　财报显示，公司第一季度营收为1330万美元，同比增长15%，主要得益于佐治亚、得克萨斯和华盛顿三处设施的产量增加和销售增长。GAAP每股亏损为0.53美元，符合市场预期。净亏损从去年同期的3770万美元大幅收窄至1270万美元，主要受益于债务重组带来的利息支出减少。

　　调整后EBITDA亏损改善35%至570万美元，调整后一般及行政费用下降30%至410万美元。公司表示，旗下三处设施均处于满产状态，全部产能已被客户预订。

　　加州设施产量提升计划

　　公司正对加州设施进行针对性投资，以提升运营效率。管理层表示，这些投资有望使加州设施的产量提升高达20%，从而提高吞吐量并改善利润率。此前，公司去年完成的塔楼升级已使整体设施的年化产量能力提升约10%。

　　战略进展与展望

　　公司在本季度获得了一项覆盖计算机视觉和人工智能驱动种植优化的美国专利。此外，一家现有战略投资者在本季度完成了1500万美元的追加投资。商业层面，公司新增两家零售客户，其中一家为覆盖超过250家门店的大型优质零售商。季末现金及受限现金约为1880万美元。公司预计2026年营收和调整后EBITDA亏损率将持续环比改善。
