意大利天然气管网运营商Snam周二公布2026年第一季度财报，营收实现增长，调整后净利润超预期，公司同时确认了全年业绩指引。

　　营收与盈利数据

　　财报显示，Snam一季度总营收达9.99亿欧元，同比增长3%，符合市场预期。调整后EBITDA为7.75亿欧元，同比增长1.8%，主要得益于天然气基础设施业务收入增长。

　　调整后净利润为3.75亿欧元，同比下降7.6%，但高于市场预期。报告净利润为2.92亿欧元，同比下滑41%，主要受非经常性项目影响。

　　投资与债务情况

　　一季度总投资额达9.91亿欧元，较去年同期的3.61亿欧元大幅增长，主要投向再气化、天然气运输和生物甲烷业务。净金融负债升至185亿欧元，主要受投资支出、股利支付及收购影响。

　　全年指引与评级展望

　　公司确认2026年全年目标：投资28亿欧元，调整后EBITDA约31亿欧元，调整后净利润超14.5亿欧元。

　　同日，标普全球评级将Snam展望从“负面”上调至“稳定”，理由是公司信用基本面稳健及战略定位清晰。
