UGI Subsidiary Prices Notes Offering

UGI (UGI) said Wednesday its indirect subsidiary UGI International priced an offering of 300 million euros ($351.2 million) of 5.000% senior notes due 2031 to qualified institutional buyers.

The closing of the offering is expected on or about May 21, the company said.

UGI International intends to use the net proceeds to repay short-term borrowings and for general corporate purposes, according to a statement.
