智通财经APP讯，天宝集团(01979)发布公告，该公司已于2026年4月27日根据上市规则第15项应用指引(第15项应用指引)向联交所提交一项建议分拆申请，涉及广东天宝电子科技股份有限公司(分拆公司)的建议分拆并于中国的证券交易所进行独立A股上市(建议独立A股上市)，且联交所已确认本公司可根据第15项应用指引进行建议分拆。
于本公布日期，分拆公司为本公司的间接非全资附属公司，并连同其附属公司主要从事充电设备相关业务，即制造及销售充电器、适配器、新能源电力转换系统及电源功能配件。目前预期，分拆公司于建议分拆及建议独立A股上市完成后，将继续为本公司的附属公司，其财务业绩将继续并入本集团的财务业绩。
