加拿大最大房地产投资信托基金Choice Properties REIT周四宣布，将向信托单位持有人派发2026年5月份的现金分配，金额为每单位0.065加元，按年化计算为每单位0.78加元。

　　根据公司公告，本次股息将于2026年6月15日支付给5月29日登记在册的信托单位持有人。这是该公司持续执行的月度派息政策的一部分，与此前各月派息金额保持一致。

　　稳健的财务基础

　　Choice Properties近期公布的第一季度财报显示，公司运营资金（FFO）达到1.96亿加元，同比增长2.7%，每单位稀释FFO为0.271加元。公司投资组合出租率保持在98.1%的高位，长期续约租金差高达21.8%，同资产净营业收入现金基础增长3.0%。
